About Rishita
I was a science student and now I am about to finish my undergraduate course in history, economics and political science. I will be pursuing masters in literature in coming few months.

* I use planned activities to make sure the kids are not bored or initimidated by literature as a subject.
* At the end of the topic I test kids in a n informal question and answer session to gauge how much they have internalised and whether I have to do the topic with them again with a ifferent approach.
* I focus more on concepts and ideas than facts.
* I believe that best learning happens when kids enjoy themselves, so I work hard to eliminate fear and bring in the fun eliment in the learning process.
