About Pascale
I am currently studying literature at Dawson. I have seen how the new French laws have affected friends who are less confident in their French skills and love to help struggling students navigate these new challenges. In addition, I studied at a French high school (Collège Sainte-Anne de Lachine), and know how difficult ministerial exams can be. I have learned lots of tips and tricks over the years to improve my French skills and am excited to share them with other students who are experiencing similar challenges.

I use videos and podcasts to help students with listening competencies. I engage in discussions and encourage presentations to improve their communication skills. I am fond of reading comprehensions (reading a text, annotating and analyzing, and responding to questions) to enrich their reading. I also like to add in a few fun games here and there and focus on their personal interests to keep students engaged in lessons! I have tutored CEGEP students, but am happy to help high school students as well! -Pascale McEwen
