About Gregory
I lived and worked in China, I'm an experienced language teacher, I've worked with children to adults, students to professionals. Cultivating that desire to learn, celebrating understanding, these parts often get overlooked instead of grades and goals. I endeavor to see what works, doesn't work or needs work with every student, to tailor the approach, the lessons and the work to what's effective for you, break down goals into doable, manageable segments and milestones and when possible, just relax, enjoy and let it happen, learning something new is addictive, understanding something is satisfying, teaching and seeing growth is rewarding.

With a specific goal or textbook, it's more about helping, guiding, sometimes problem solving, that feeling of learning and understanding something new is addictive, as for unguided, it's more like natural conversation and drawing a lesson and possible skills from it, that and talking about or working with the things someone actually likes, action movies? basketball, RPG's, it's always refreshing to see people dive into unknown when it's something they're passionate about.
