About Daniswa
Daniswa Lisekele is my full name, but my pupils call me Danny. I am a University of Western Cape LLB law graduate. I am now situated in Johannesburg, Gauteng, and will be teaching online. My motivation in tutoring English stems from both my love of the language and my desire to help students achieve their goals

For teaching, I use the task-based approach and project-based approach. Since the focus has switched from material to skills and competences, the task-based approach marks a major paradigm change. This method separates particular abilities and competences in order to teach content that students truly need to know in order to achieve their goals. What makes me different from other teachers is that I try to understand the needs and expectations of my pupils in order to build lessons that will help them achieve. The project-based approach aims to meet students' specific needs by matching language to the skills and competences they require on a personal and/or professional level. The adoption of this strategy begins with identifying the one, overall purpose that each student or group of students has. I am also proficient in Afrikaans and IsiXhosa and my lessons are aimed at high school learners struggling with English as either Home language or First Additional Language
