About Dylan
I was educated at Marling Grammar School where I achieved my GCSEs, before moving to Cirencester College to pursue A Levels and eventually Bristol UWE for my Bachelor's Degree.
School doesn't seem like that long ago for me, having left Marling in 2015, meaning I can relate to GCSE and A Level Students very easily and understand both the pressures and requirements of English exams and qualifications. This enables me to create engaging ways to learn linguistic features, grammar rules, highlight key themes in texts and effective ways to apply these to exam and coursework tasks.
I also have a TEFL Certificate and have taught English as a foreign language in Peru for a month, as well as tutoring foreign colleagues for whom English is a second language.

Whatever you need to improve we can focus on! Whether it's reading, spelling, grammar, linguistics, dissecting texts, structuring essays or preparing for exams, we will prioritise your personal needs.
A brief introductory call will allow us to hone in on what will suit each student best allowing me to tailor to each individual.
Learning, especially grammar, can be daunting but it will be done in a fun, engaging way which rewards progress.
