About Haruka
I started learning the violin at the age of three and have since enjoyed playing in a wide variety of ensembles. When I joined a string orchestra in junior high school, I spent five years performing a diverse repertoire of string orchestra works. During this time, I also enjoyed helping friends who were beginners, which first sparked my interest in teaching.
After moving to London to study at the Royal Academy of Music, I discovered an even deeper love for chamber music. As a member of the Valegro Quartet, I was delighted to receive the second prize in the string quartet category at the Leoš Janáček International Competition.
I have always believed that making music with others is a special joy that can be shared at any age. Through my lessons, I hope to share this joy with my students, helping them develop their playing skills and musical understanding.
