About Taygan
I am a Year 12 student who wants to become a Sports Physician Doctor. I haven't specifically given lessons to anyone but I have helped friend's , classmates , and teammates by creating work out plans and giving them tips on how to target specific muscle groups. I don't have a degree or anything but can teach body weight training, weight training, cardio training, and muscle strengthening from personal experience

I live by the philosophy of " In every can't their is a can". If you think can't do it , then you can't, but if you know you can do it then you can. The way I would approach teaching is by giving demonstrations on how to perform each exercise if the student needs assistance , I would also create a workout routine based on the student's level . I will also provide information on diet plans.
