My name is Nicholis Groenewald. I am 20 years old. I have been at the gym for over 5 years now. When I started at the gym it felt impossible to make any great progress. I hated that feeling that’s why I want to help you not feel lost at the start and struggle to make any visible progress.

I will help you by giving you exercises to maximize muscle development and other tips and tricks to ensure you reach the goal you are working towards. I am aiming to help people that have been struggling to reach their exercise goals and are just not seeing the results that you have been working for. I also aiming to help beginners that are struggling to get started or maybe just feel lost in the gym.
