I have been training for around 8 years on/off but this year i challenged myself to get the goal i wanted, pushed my self discipline further than ever before. I went from 150lbs to a current 187lbs (bulking) in around 7 months ,strength training and weight training, with the right nutrition and diet this can become easier than you think whether that is to lose maintain or gain weight!
