About Alexandra
I'm a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer — but most of what I know about staying healthy, I learnt outside a gym. Surfing before sunrise. Eating from local markets instead of meal-prep containers. Guiding people through unfamiliar places in three languages and figuring out, fast, what actually helps a person versus what just sounds good on paper.
That mix taught me one thing: health that doesn't bend to your real life doesn't last. So instead of handing you a plan built for someone else's schedule, we build one around yours — your travel, your job, your energy levels, your actual kitchen.
