About Mary Margaret
I started teaching in a one-room schoolhouse on the border of Mexico and the United States. I taught kindergarten to children who spoke no English and by the end of their school year, they were not only reading and writing in English, but they were telling stories of their own that I hope they are sharing with their children and grandchildren to this day. I have since carried on my love of teaching and learning every day by being a tutor of English and reading.
