About Sirius
I have been playing tennis for over 20 years, developing a deep passion and strong technical foundation. Over the years, I have won multiple team championships in Shanghai municipal competitions, showcasing both skill and a competitive mindset. During my university years, I represented my institution in the BUCS league, gaining extensive match experience and coaching exposure. As a member of the University of Manchester tennis team, I contributed to winning the BUCS Northern Tier Championship. Later, at the University of Warwick, I continued to compete in intercollegiate and regional tournaments, further refining my teamwork, strategy, and on-court adaptability. Beyond competition, I hold an LTA Level 1 Coaching Certificate, Professional Tennis Coaching Certificate, and possess solid coaching experience, including both one-on-one and group instruction. My approach emphasises technical precision, personalised training, and tactical awareness, tailoring each session to the student’s goals. With years of continuous involvement in the sport, I have developed not only advanced playing and coaching skills but also a deep understanding of teamwork, sportsmanship, and athletic performance.

My coaching approach focuses on building a strong technical foundation while developing strategic thinking and confidence on court. I tailor each lesson to the student’s individual goals, using a mix of drills, match simulations, and real-time feedback to improve consistency, movement, and decision-making. I emphasise correct form, footwork, and tactical awareness to help players perform effectively in both training and competition. A typical lesson lasts 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the player’s level and focus area.
