I'm a teacher of Violin and Chamber Music with a lot of experience teaching people of all ages. Whilst basing the teaching in improving musicianship and technique, the main focus is to bring an enjoyment to the music making.

- Tell me about your qualifications.
I graduated from the Royal Academy of Music with a First Class Honours BMus degree in Violin Performance. (2014)
- How much do you charge?
The rates for lesson are £25/ half hour or £40/hour. Other times for lessons can be arranged.
- Where do you teach?
I will teach at the student's home. I teach in the North West of London and can come to areas such as: Kilburn, Kilburn Park, West Hampstead, Golders Green, Willesden Green, St. John's Wood, Maida Vale, Brondesbury, Kensal Rise, Kensal Green, Swiss Cottage, Finchley Road, Wembley, Northwick Park, Harrow. All travel charges are included in the lesson price.
- When are you available?
As I am a performing freelance violinist on top of my teaching work, my schedule is flexible. I can teach during school holidays if required.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I teach people of all ages and all abilities.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I prepare my students for ABRSM Grades 1-8 as well as diploma qualifications thereafter. I am however happy to teach students using to other exam boards. I am also happy to teach without preparing and doing exams as I know that not everyone enjoys preparing for these.
- Describe your arrangements for online tutoring.
I can also teach online over Skype or Facetime.
- Do you have a personal message for students?
Learning the Violin and performing music is an enriching experience. I want to help my students to develop in their musicianship and understanding of that music, their knowledge and technique of the instrument to achieve the best possible results but also achieve a great level of satisfaction from playing. I tailor and structure each lesson to the student's needs and want to see them enjoying the music as much as I do. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with any questions you might have.
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have extensive private teaching experience with students of all ages. I have also tutored on courses such as Super Strings in the UK and Berwang Music Holidays in Austria. I perform regularly with orchestras throughout the UK as a freelance violinist. I have worked with the orchestra of Scottish Opera, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Britten Sinfonia and the Multi Story orchestra amongst many others.

I have an up to date DBS certificate.
- Where and with whom did you train?
Whilst at the Royal Academy of Music I studied with Remus Azoitei. I was also selected for lessons and masterclasses with Maxim Vengerov, James Ehnes, Thomas Brandis and Jack Liebeck to name a few.
