I’ve been training with Lydia for three years now. She has been a constant inspiration and support to myself and my business, she is easy to work with, passionate about what she does and instills that in you. I would highly recommend Lydia.

Lydia has been an invaluable help to my son who was struggling with a university module. She was prompt in replying to my enquiry, even though she was on holiday at the time!!. Nicholas was able to discuss with Lydia the areas he needed help on and she focussed on these and guided and encouraged him through the module via Skype sessions. She also sent him notes on how to progress his work. It was such a helpful approach that made all the difference to my son. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lydia
