About John
I am a turnaround strategist taking a "sick" business to where it should be in the "To Be" Ideal status. Teaching for 4 years prior to retirement. Excellent results and some of them is now in senior management positions. I was a lecturer from 1984 until 1988 when I was offered a position at a power station.

Remote teaching from home in Cape Town focusing on strategies, policies, business frameworks etc. Depending on the business or company needs/requirements? I have been and always will be a peoples person and focused on people development over the last 20 years of my working environment and after 48 years in the Electricity Distribution Industry I developed a business strategy, implemented it and the results speaks for itself. Over the last 15 years I worked as a Branch Manager in the Electricity Services in Cape Town South Africa and went on early retire on the 31 March 2020, still willing to share my years of experience with anyone out there who think I can help them.
