About Taylor
I am passionate about helping students understand mathematics and build confidence in their abilities. My goal is to make math make sense by breaking down challenging concepts into clear, manageable steps. I believe that with patience, consistent practice, and the right guidance, students can strengthen their skills and achieve their academic goals. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes, and growing in confidence.

My tutoring approach focuses on making math make sense through clear explanations, patience, and step-by-step guidance. I believe every student can improve their math skills with the right support, practice, and learning strategies.I break down difficult concepts into smaller, manageable steps and explain the reasoning behind each formula and method. I use worked examples, guided practice, and practice problems to help students build their understanding and confidence. I also encourage students to ask questions and learn from their mistakes in a supportive environment. My goal is to make math less intimidating and more understandable. I focus on patience, encouragement, and helping students understand why a method works rather than simply memorizing steps. I adapt my explanations and pace to each student's needs and learning style.
