About Mikulas
I am fashion model and I have been into fitness, hiit trainings and well eating for more than 5 years. I used to work with young people but also with people over their 50 - and I love to see how they are getting younger and stronger again. Because of modeling I am a fashion fanatic as well and I work as a personal stylist as well- so I would say its a perfect match of mind, body and fashion.

All I know is that everyone is a perfect individual- so there is no universal way how teach and learn. I need to see you and vice versa after we will find our own way to aim the top!
