I am a practicing Manual Osteopath, Personal trainer in competitive bodybuilding and Registered Massage Therapist.

I have 17 Years experience in the wonderful field of human Anatomy and ongoing learning is continuous.

I constantly challenge theory and step out and learn from others to further build on my own understanding to eliminate isolation treatments especially when the human body is a beautiful complex machine.
