About Steve
First attracted by the teaching of martial arts, I learned that philosophy and personal development are the main arteries of the latter.
Teaching self defense or a martial art remains misunderstood in our western culture. This is why, above all, I want to communicate through courses and conferences what Bruce Lee has understood in his own research and how we can put it into practice to achieve our objectives.

Effective training method suitable for everyone. Methodology based on Chinese philosophy (jeet kune do, Taoism, Zen Buddhism).
My teaching is mainly based on the practice and study of Chinese martial arts which have brought me a lot in my research.
I want to deliver training that allows everyone to develop according to their needs and objectives.
I have coached a person so far who has become confident and has been able to achieve the goals he has set for himself. Perhaps you would be the second? :)
