About Ivonne Janeth
Start in the field of research and development. I participated in several research projects, funded by CONACYT and in collaboration with other research centers such as CIAD and CINVESTAV. Focused on the development of biological formulations applied for the biological control of pests, and molecular improvement of fungi, prolonging the virulence and metabolic activation of entomopathogenic fungi; using polymer capsules for greater resistance. Throughout my engineering I actively participated in research projects, congresses and scientific collaborations. Finished my master's degree, looking for an industrial approach; I began my first steps in the industry as a safety and environmental practitioner; where at the end of the internship I was hired as a safety and environmental technician. In this company I participated hand in hand with a great team and an excellent manager, in the implementation, starting from scratch, of two certifications in less than a year (ISO 140001, OHSAS 18001); of which I was in charge of leading both follow-up audits for recertification, improving the objective established in light of the results of the audits. Currently working on ISO 45001 and Zero Landfill certification and clean industry; in addition to achieving complete legal compliance in terms of safety, health and the environment in one year.

I like to teach based on slides or material previously prepared for the topic, showing it to my students so that they have the visual material and follow-up what is being taught. My classes are based on visual material, exercises, repetitions, reviews. In such a way that teaching is reflected in the student according to the plan or objectives. I like to teach in a structured and dynamic way, giving the student a guideline to express their doubts at the time and to set the pace of the class.
