John is a super teacher! He has, in my opinion, the most important quality of a teacher - to listen. His friendly and easy-to-approach personality helps him to understand the student's perspectives and accordingly provides tailored guidance and depthful support for his students. Personal statements and essays are built around the student's personality, strengths, thoughts and ideas - it is individual.
