About Lucille
Hi! I'm Lucille :) I’m a French graduate student at King’s College London, where I study Russian and Eurasian Politics & Economics, with a particular focus on the War in Ukraine. I’m 25 years old and moved to the UK in September to begin my master’s degree. Before that, I lived in Quebec, where I completed my undergraduate studies at McGill University, majoring in Political Science, International Development, and Russian Language. I was born in Paris into a French-speaking family, but I grew up in Russia, Ukraine, and Sweden, which gave me the opportunity to learn multiple languages and immerse myself in different cultures. This international background has shaped my passion for combining language learning with cultural exploration, and I integrate this approach into my teaching to make learning both engaging and meaningful!

I also have experience teaching French to migrants from diverse backgrounds, helping them prepare for language certifications required for status in Quebec. This has given me the ability to work with all levels of French learners, regardless of their native language, and to adapt my teaching style accordingly.
