I’m a guitar tutor with over 9 years of experience and a degree in music. I teach a wide range of guitar styles, including Electric, Acoustic, Classical, Bass, and Jazz Guitar. My lessons focus on building skills like improvisation, exploring chord voicings, applying music theory, and songwriting. I believe in a student-centered approach that adapts to each learner’s goals and pace. Whether you’re a young beginner or an adult returning to music, I tailor lessons to fit your needs. My teaching approach for guitar is centered around helping each student find their unique musical voice. I focus not only on playing techniques but also on songwriting, lyric accompaniment, and exploring harmony. This way, students learn to create music that expresses their feelings clearly and beautifully.
I give special attention to fingerstyle techniques, guiding students to develop precision and fluidity in their playing. For those starting later in life or feeling unsure, I provide patient, step-by-step support to build confidence and progress at their own pace. I believe that anyone can grow their skills with the right guidance and practice.
We work on dynamics and expression, so playing guitar becomes more than just notes—it becomes storytelling. I also help students understand how to accompany their own songs with simple yet effective chord progressions. Lessons include practical exercises and creative projects to keep learning fun and meaningful.
