I am experienced in coaching fitness and strength for a variety of goals including: weight loss, general health improvement, pre/post natal exercise, and strength/aesthetic fitness competitions. I hold various coaching qualifications, a BSc in Applied Health and Exercise Science, and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Science and Medicine.

My focus is to give students the skills they require to make their own decisions about their health and fitness goals. I will guide you through all of your initial programming, and along the way you will develop your own knowledge of how your body responds to physical activity.
I will continue to guide you towards your health and fitness goals for as long as you wish, or you can arrange a short block of sessions where I will give you the tools you need to progress by yourself.
