About Fei

Hi! I’m a Digital Media Professional & Creative Industry Specialist.

With a background in digital media, art, and design, I bring real-world industry experience to my teaching. I specialize in post-production using industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, creating content that looks sharp, engaging, and professional.

Over the years, I’ve worked across various creative mediums, combining technical precision with strong visual storytelling. My focus isn't just on teaching you which buttons to push, but on helping you understand why certain edits work, how to fix common technical headaches, and how to develop your own signature creative style.

---------------------------
My Teaching Philosophy:
------------------------------
★ Supportive & Patient: Learning complex video software can feel intimidating. I break down heavy technical concepts into simple, manageable steps so you never feel lost.
★ Project-Focused: Theory is good, but doing is better! We focus on real-world application, helping you build confidence and complete actual projects you can show off or add to a portfolio.
★ Tailored to You: Whether you want to edit YouTube videos, polish marketing content for a business, or jumpstart a freelance career, every lesson is adapted to your specific goals and pace.

Whether you've never opened an editing timeline or are trying to level up your existing skills, I’m excited to help you turn your creative vision into reality!

What to Expect in Our Lessons
------------------------------------
Whether you’re an absolute beginner opening Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for the first time, or an aspiring creator wanting to clean up your edits, my lessons are tailored 100% to your personal goals. No boring theory—we jump straight into real footage and practical projects from day one.

------------------------------------
What We Can Cover Together:
------------------------------------
★ Software Navigation: Master the interface, timeline, tools, and shortcuts without feeling overwhelmed.
★ Core Editing Techniques: Pacing, cutting, seamless transitions, and storytelling.
★ Color Grading & Audio: Learn basic color correction, noise reduction, and sound leveling to give your videos a polished, professional feel.
★ Working with Text & Captions: Add engaging titles, animated text, and social-media-style captions.
★ Exporting for Success: Understand formats, aspect ratios, and render settings for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or client delivery.

-------------------------------
How the Sessions Work:
--------------------------------
✧ Goal Assessment: We discuss what software you want to learn, your current skill level, and what kind of videos you want to make (vlogs, short films, promo videos, reels).
✧ Interactive Hands-On Practice: We share screens via video call. I walk you through techniques step-by-step, then have you take the controls so you learn by doing.
✧ Real Projects & Feedback: You can bring your own footage to work on real-life projects, or I can provide practice clips.

No prior editing experience required! Bring your curiosity and a computer with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve(free) installed, and let’s start creating.
