I am passionate about teaching and assisting a motivated student in achieving their academic goals. I obtained a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton. During my studies, I conducted personal training for colleagues and juniors alike I love passing my experience and knowledge in mathematics, programming, networking etc.
Due to the nature of the film and media industry, my teaching method is based on the requirements of the individual. Sometimes they may need an understanding of concepts, sometimes they may need practical tips and advice depending on the cause being practical or theoretical. Proof reading and critiques always help the individual progress.
My approach to teaching is very much hands on. People can quickly get bogged down with lots of theory work. You learn best where video is concerned with a camera in your hand and editing tools at the ready. You'll shoot and edit your own material and get a step by step guide on how to set frame rates and shutter speeds, right through to hitting export in your editing software.
watch me do it and copy me then ill ask you to do something and follow alongside guiding you along the more efficient path that the industry would ask of you, i will be patient and close with you and always remind you of the next step.
I am passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals. I obtained a bachelors degree in computer science and a masters` degree in Software Engineering from the University of Southampton with a distinction.
Hello my name is SAID .
I have taught different kind of classes and am familiar with various teaching methods. Also, I trained citizen journalists and volunteers with no experience or very little technical or editorial knowledge. I'm a teacher and deploy the best methods to suit needs and abilities of my students.
I am a practicing visual artist, community arts worker and educator working with and teaching across a variety of media including; painting, drawing and illustration, mixed media and collage, graphic design, digital photography and film making. I am a visual arts graduate and studied an MA in participatory and community arts at Goldsmiths College.
I don't believe in teaching just theory but actually believe in delivering my experience and knowledge through practical work and projects rather than just theory. I believe in creating little practical workshops to deliver the software techniques and VFX ideas and methods widely used in the industry.
Having previous experience of terrible tutors, I find the best way to teach is keep it practical, especially in this industry, it becomes muscle memory, I would encourage some form of history to give a wider range of knowledge of film and where to take inspiration from for their work.
My method is week by week I list a number of concepts to cover and we cover them in the lesson. Open Q&A at any time and I watch over you after you have seen how I do things via Screen Share.
My approach to teaching is to give students a solid foundation in Film and Audience theory as well as the technical skills to make use of said theory. This is to allow the student to create their own brand and style to help them stand out in such a saturated market.
With After Effects I teach a foundation in skills and shortcuts then tackle each creative challenge using alternative approaches to get the maximum familiarity with the software and creative expression that can be achieved. Rendering and compositing, lighting and camera moves, specialist in character animation.
I am Luis Seda, known and recognized in the labor market. I taught in large and recognized schools like SENAC and INFNET. I also trained on TV Globo and Globosat. More than 20 years of experience and user of After Effects since 1997. Today I teach in Proclass.
Passionate about cinema, I offer courses to all persons wishing to train in video editing on Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop or Avid Media Composer as needed. I do not give a quick fix with a universal mounting but I bring the technical basis for the understanding of a program through a methodology that students take ownership and across their means of artistic expression.
My teaching method is all that I learned in my first year of cinema studies and also my personal knowledge. This consists of film analysis, knowledge of the various film tools, the basis of shooting, filming, sound and editing.
I organize my courses in a theoretical part about software with small exercises. It all depends on the tool to learn. In the manner of a video tutorial, we start from a visualization of the result and go step-by-step. These courses are aimed at beginners as well as at intermediate level. We can adapt the exercises according to your level.
There would be a selection of topics according to the student's experience with the program, and according to what specifically seeks to learn. I usually teach practical examples from day to day, the best way to learn is to recreate something already done with your own creativity.
I ll give best examples, I ll teach with live projects, Tips, Tricks, I never teach with only materials or theory mark my words i ll definetly make u perfect this is my assurance that i can give to my students
Hello there! Glad you stumbled upon me. The way I normally teach is almost hyper practical. I don't like theory, I don't like the fact that teachers stall on showing you the interface for five weeks without you even touching or making anything creative with it. For every concept I teach and every technique I show you, you'll be having a little project to go along with it.
I base my classes on recent editing theories and also Walter Munch, but our focus will be on the editing dynamics for Youtube, Cuts, how to leverage the workspace, work more productively using shortcuts, concentration tips, editing techniques and tricks.
I have a lot of experience with Adobe programs. Not only Photoshop, also Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects. My methodology depends on the level of the student, but it is usually based on establishing an objective, chosen by the student, and learning the necessary steps to reach the final result.
My Methods Are Based on My Experience, Whatever Fundamentals I did use during my production experience, I do share them with my Students
My teaching method is approaching each topic and give deep knowledge. My Class structure is first giving familiar with each tool and topic then developing there own way of ideas. Helping them to thing creative and making them more creative.
Nothing special. i am still too young for that. but yeah, i am not a quitter and i don't expect you to be one either. so these are the three things you need to remember before learning First : Be patient. you need that. Second : Escape the world while learning. Focus.
For sure I will teach you the software but the most important part is how to work for the market. I am working in this industry for last 4 year and gather a lot of experience, and I am happy to share you all my mistakes with you so that you will avoid that all and go forward with fewer mistakes.
My name is Andrew, I'm 28 years old and based in Wollongong. I am a 3D Artist / Games Designer with a passion for Gamification and creating new experiences. I have worked professionally as a 3D Artist since 2011 and have collaborated with a number of different companies with varying specialisations.
My way of teaching depends on your understanding level and grasping power. I Avoid doing too much theory and I emphasis more on practice.
My teaching is based on how to shoot a video at best, on editing and on how to have and develop ideas for making a video. My lessons are aimed at anyone who is passionate about videomaking and wants to start making videos or improving them.
