About Tom

I have earned a bachelor's degree of graphic design. And now I am doing master of visual communication design at Deakin to broaden my horizons. I will not only focus on aesthetic criteria, but also consider how to communicate by visual efficiently.

About the lesson

My teaching method is to take target audiences into account first, followed by brainstorming process to get creative ideas and a quick research to get inspirations from other artists or designers. Then come up with sketches and use storytelling techniques to decode the visual elements and predict audiences' reaction as well.
Importantly, I would support creativity and give tips to make others' work become mine.
