About Ala
I graduated from Pennsylvania Western University with a Master of Arts in Arabic Language. I am passionate about my native language and I enjoy teaching it. I have a background in English language and its literature and I am also a certified medical interpreter.

I use a nontraditional method to teach. I like to use media and social media to teach the culture with the language as well. My students will start with learning the right pronunciation of the Arabic sounds, then they will start building sentences to carry a conversation.
