About Eloise
I truly love history. I recently completed a Masters in Women's Gender and Queer History from the University of Oxford. It has long been a love of mine and develops skills that are necessary for everyone. I want to help others to develop and interest and love of history and hope that we can do this together!
Undertaking a masters and pursuing my own research, presenting at conferences, and working towards publishing my work in journals was a truly exciting and eye opening time. I work hard but also fundamentally enjoy my work and being a historian. My research was on Women during the Holocaust.

I am offering a friendly and approachable way into history. Over an hour we will go over content and answer practice questions together and explore beyond the textbook so that we learn to enjoy the history and enrich our responses building greater success. I hope to make revision less daunting and studying more enjoyable. I will be able to help look at essays, revise content, and go over anything you’re struggling with.
Lessons are for GCSE and A level students. I achieved a 9 in my GCSE and A at A level as well as an A* EPQ. I have a first class undergraduate and masters degree in History.
I can teach A level in Stuart Britain And The Crisis Of Monarchy 1603 1702, Revolution And Dictatorship Russia 1917 1953
GCSE Migration to Britain, International Relations 1919-2001, USA 1919-1941
I specialise in Nazi Germany and the Holocaust and am happy to teach lessons on this period of history.
I am also happy to look at Oxbridge applications.
