My teaching method follows the curriculum provided for your subject. I like to work through the topics in the order outlined. I always have a conversation with the student to understand how they learn best - don’t worry if you don’t know yet, we can find out! Imagery and diagrams are great ways to memorise large amounts of information in a concise way so I like to teach with these. I encourage discussion and asking questions as much as possible. Difficult topics are overcome by breaking them down into manageable sections and encouraging the student to work independently between meetings. Lastly, I think the best way to learn is to teach! So students will hopefully spend a good amount of time teaching me what they’ve learned too.
