About AHMAD FADHIL
I can describe myself as easy goinf, enthusiastic and respectful. As a teacher, we can easily get respect from the students if they would feel respected first.
From the one-of-a-kind combination of human characteristics that is larger personal identity, we can construct a teaching persona that defines how we see ourselves as teachers and how we expect to be seen by students.Be with them.

Most students already have basic. Even not to a level of details required. They still have it there.
How to get their interest? different student, require different approach. Not all birds can fly international. Most are domestic flyers.
Its crucial to get their interest.
My approach typically to gauge their level, including judging them. lazy one?hard working one?too enthusiastic one? and then develop approach. get the term used to a level easier for the ‘potential’ student to understand
