About Creation
Math has always been my strongest suit—and my greatest passion. With over 10 years of tutoring and instructional experience, I’ve dedicated myself to helping students not only understand math, but excel in it. My tutoring journey began my freshman year of college, fueled by a deep enthusiasm for SAT and ACT Math prep. That passion was first sparked by my own experience in high-intensity prep programs during grade school, and it quickly grew into a lifelong commitment to helping others succeed. Understanding that math isn’t a favorite subject for many students, I expanded my outreach beyond test prep to include K–12 tutoring. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with students throughout their entire academic journey - from their first day of school to their last day of high school. I’ve coached 12 students through every challenge and milestone, customizing lesson plans around their unique learning styles, school curriculum, and academic goals. What sets me apart is my professionalism, hands-on approach, and ability to adapt to each student’s level. I strive to make math approachable, engaging, and even enjoyable—building skills and confidence along the way. As a mathematics tutor, my approach is centered around meeting students where they are and guiding them forward with patience, precision, and positivity. I tailor every session to align with the student's current curriculum, placing a strong focus on foundational skills to track growth and ensure true understanding—not just memorization.
Lesson Structure
For K–12 students, lessons typically mirror the flow of their classroom sessions. We work through school materials, reinforce key concepts, and tackle assignments together to build confidence and mastery. For SAT and ACT prep, sessions follow a structured, proven prep guide that focuses on test-specific strategies, timed practice, and high-yield topics to maximize performance.
