About Kaylea
My name is Kaylea Eubanks and I am a student at William Peace University. I will be graduating in May 2021 with a Liberal Studies degree and a concentration in Education. I have worked with 3rd graders which includes teaching short lesson plans and showing them that learning is fun. I am a mother, so that has taught me how to become even more patient than I was before. I love working with children and I want to see them succeed but also enjoy it at the same time.

My teaching method leans more towards student centered learning. I love for students to take charge and show me how and why they got their answers. I think this is very important because if they know the answer that doesn't necessarily mean they know how to get the answer. Problem solving begins when we are young and this helps up grow to problem solve when we are adults. I like to have one on one time with students so that way I can see how far along they and what they know and what they need to learn. I like to start at the simplest form of whatever we may be working on and build from there.
