About Danica
My passion for mathematics began with an interest in patterns, numbers, and logical problem-solving, which led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Pure Mathematics. Over the past 7 years, I have worked with students of various levels, helping them build understanding, confidence, and appreciation for the subject. My teaching emphasises clarity, structured guidance, and practical application, ensuring learners can connect abstract concepts to real-world contexts.
I focus on creating lessons that are interactive, engaging, and adaptable. Students are encouraged to explore ideas independently, ask questions, and develop critical thinking skills. I integrate examples, visualisations, and exercises that make learning mathematics enjoyable and memorable, fostering long-term retention and conceptual clarity.
Beyond the classroom, I stay involved in mathematical research, problem-solving competitions, and applied mathematical projects. This allows me to bring fresh perspectives and practical relevance into lessons. Seeing learners progress from uncertainty to mastery, develop independent reasoning, and gain confidence in their abilities is deeply rewarding. My aim is to inspire curiosity, strengthen analytical thinking, and support students in becoming confident, capable mathematicians who can apply their skills across academic and real-life challenges.

Intermediate learners develop stronger algebraic reasoning, calculus problem-solving strategies, and geometric visualisation skills.
