Mathematics and Science tutor. Maths teacher at Manchester - Mariam - Manchester

Mariam tutored AS mathematics. She was very patient with me and made sure that I was clear on everything before each lesson ended, she was always big on exam question practice and included an exam question at least once every lesson. She would also give out frequent tests to test my knowledge so far which I think really helped me in the long run because I started seeing improvements in my pre-public examination grades at school from achieving a C at the beginning of the year to an A and the end of it. Especially now that it’s coming to applying for university, can’t thank her enough for helping me get the grade I need to apply for my course.

Mariam's influence in my Chemistry AS was unparalleled. From the beginning, she was kind, patient and understanding and I feel extremely lucky to have had her throughout my a levels. Perhaps her best quality as a tutor is her confidence; I knew I could always rely on her to help whenever no-one else could. I cannot recommend Mariam enough.
