My teaching approach for Mathematics is focused on differential equations and their applications in modeling real-world systems. I begin with classification of differential equations and their origins. I cover first-order ODEs, including separable, linear, exact, and homogeneous equations, with methods of solution and applications. I teach second-order linear ODEs with constant coefficients, including homogeneous and non-homogeneous solutions. I cover applications in mechanical vibrations, electrical circuits, population dynamics, and chemical reactions. I also introduce systems of differential equations. I use real-world case studies to show how differential equations model physical systems. I provide step-by-step derivations, solved examples, and practice problems. I assign homework that includes both theoretical derivations and application-based problems. I conduct weekly tests and provide feedback. I maintain a progress log and offer extra help for difficult topics. My goal is to prepare you for advanced courses in engineering and physics.
