About Bashar
I am PhD student in Mechanical Engineering (Renewable Energy) at The University of Sheffield. I have 5 years experience in university teaching. I worked as teacher assistance, laboratory supervisor, and lecturer. I follow the schematic techniques to facilitate the understanding of problems. After giving and explaining the lessons, dividing the students into groups for different capabilities for collaboration. Then, class works and home works for individual task. Therefore, quiz and exams will be taken to ensure understanding of topics.
