Maths/Physics/Chemistry/French Physics student Tutor available in Edinburgh , two years of experience

Methodology

The typical lesson will usually look like this:
First we review with the student what was done in class, I then help the student fully understand the lessons while helping with the homework.
Occasionally we will have a training lesson over what was seen in anticipation of a test.

I believe that every student has a great potential which just needs to be unleashed.
I adapt every single lesson to the student and we build their ambition together one step at a time.

Experience

I am Léa, a french physics student learning with distance, I am expecting to graduate in June 2019.
I recently moved in Edinburgh due to family matters and I am now available to do one on one tutoring lessons in the Edinburgh area.
I had been tutoring in France for three years before I came here, and I intend to continue this activity now that I am all settled as I achieved excellent results with my students. I also started tutoring in Edinburgh as an extra for a London-based company.

I mainly teach Maths and Physics, but I can also do Chemistry and French, as I am a french native and I learned advanced Chemistry during my first year of university.
I can also offer science lessons (e.g. Maths and Physics) in French, if your child has an advanced level in French.

Rates

Rate for online lessons : £15/h

Rate for 5 hours of lessons : £90

Rate for 10 hours of lessons : £180

Details

I offer a free first appointment (approximately 30min) with you and your child so we can discuss your expectations, the current level of the student and what they are studying in the subject of interest at the moment.

I am self-employed, as a result I can provide an invoice for each lesson.
