About Jérémy
I did part of my compulsory school in the canton of Vaud and the other part in Valais. I finished my high school at the LCC (Lycée-Collège des Creusets) in Sion last year, in June 2018. I took the specific option advanced strong PAM (Physics - Application of Maths) and the complementary option informatics.
I'm studying maths at the EPFL after finishing my long military service in 2018 and I'm currently in third and last year of the Bachelor's degree. I regularly help my friends and I now think I'm used to give support courses both face-to-face and online.

Here are some of my main goals and what I can offer you:
● The student must understand the material in a personal and subjective way. This involves revisiting and, if necessary, reinforcing or clarifying the explanations already given in the course.
● The student retains what has been understood over the long term. For that, it is necessary to be able to make links between the various concepts and to find a certain logic which he should be able to reconstruct skillfully. The use of images, diagrams, signs, symbols, shortcuts and mnemonics is obviously recommended and practiced.
● The pupil must be able to explain or relate what he has just learned, understand and retain. It should above all not recite and be as clear, concise and understandable as possible.
● The pupil knows how to sequence a difficult subject, an upcoming exam or even a complex chapter in simpler, fundamental and accessible steps. It is about having a good preparation and organization of the work to be done as well as facilitating more complex tasks while remaining motivated.
● He must learn to structure himself and have a clean and meticulous way of working as well as a regular schedule. Good habits are difficult to take but are still purely beneficial.
● The student can apply what has been learned, understood and remembered. He must therefore exercise intensively (drill exercises) and be able to cope with a different or more difficult exercise. He can spot and possibly correct his own mistakes.
● After an examination, the copy is corrected and revised in order to avoid reproducing mistakes and to consolidate knowledge by filling in the gaps.
● Finally, the student manages to demonstrate maximum autonomy, desire and motivation!
