My approach to tutoring is centred around creating a supportive, engaging, and personalised learning environment. I begin by understanding each learner’s current level, strengths, challenges, and individual goals. I then adapt my teaching style and lesson activities to suit their needs and learning pace.
My classes typically combine clear explanations, worked examples, guided practice, and independent activities. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and explain their reasoning rather than simply memorising information.
I use regular questioning and short assessments to check understanding and identify areas that need further support.
I also set clear objectives and review progress regularly so that learners understand what they are working towards.
