Born in London, father maths teacher, lecturer and examiner passed Cambridge entrance Exam. Top of class at school in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, French, German. Graduated from Cambridge University (Trinity College). Scholarship to Guildhall School of Music (violin Masterclass), went to work in the City James Capel & Co Instituional Equity Derivatives Sales, proprietary Trading, Arbitrage- London- New York.
