About Rishika
Hi! I'm Rishika, an MBA graduate, and I'm beginning my journey as an online tutor. I enjoy breaking down ideas into simple, logical steps, something my finance background has taught me to do well. I'm comfortable communicating in both Hindi and English, which helps me explain concepts in a way that feels easy and familiar. During my internship with an NGO, I had the opportunity to assist in classrooms and spend time with children. I also taught a young girl dance for a few months, which gave me a small but meaningful experience of teaching and taught me the value of patience. I'm looking forward to making learning comfortable, encouraging, and enjoyable for my students.

My classes are designed for primary school students who need support with English, grammar and reading. I aim to make lessons simple, patient and interactive, with explanations broken down into easy-to-understand steps. Depending on the student's needs, a class may include concept explanation, reading practice, grammar exercises, vocabulary and short activities. I encourage students to ask questions freely and learn at a comfortable pace. I can also use both Hindi and English when needed to make difficult concepts easier to understand. Before beginning regular classes, I would like to understand the student's current level and areas where they need support so that lessons can be planned accordingly.
