After studying Mechanical Engineering and working in the valve industry for 4.5 years, I completed a Masters degree in Mathematics and took up teaching. I have worked as a school teacher for 1 academic year. I have been doing freelance tutoring for the last 5+ years.

I try to inspire students to use explorative and inquiry based approaches to learning mathematics. I discuss concepts and ideas at a deeper level than what curriculums may demand. I try and motivate students to work on exercises on their own because I believe that is when real learning happens. I also include historical anecdotes and information about Mathematicians pertaining to concepts being discussed.
