I was a university professor (medical school of medicine) back in my country and as well as a Yoga teacher. I am a certified Yoga Teacher and I have been practicing with many people helping them to develop the human capacity to have a well active body and alert mind.

I am a very experienced coach of Yoga with more than 10 years of helping people to engage in physical activities for the sake of the health of the body and mind. I have worked with groups and as well with individuals. In the last couple of years, I have been working with senior people. My class is fun; includes dance movements and Yoga postures and Asanas using the knowledge of the Anatomy and Physiology of the Human Body.
