About Jake

I'm a Medical Doctor, who has recently completed clinical rotations in the United States and Canada. I also have an MBA in Healthcare Management, a BSc in Human Health Sciences, and a BSc in Genetics. I have previous experience tutoring in all basic sciences subjects.

About the lesson

My teaching method centres around helping students understand high yield concepts while guiding study habits for self-review. A typical class would consist of predetermined questions, supplied by myself or the student, and meticulously breaking down important relevant material. I'm willing to tutor any high school/pre-med/nursing/medical student.

We met weekly to review the chapter for that week and he always explained concepts in a clear way that really helped me understand the content. If you are looking to get help with nursing pre-requisites such as anatomy I highly recommend meeting with Jake, it has helped me tremendously.
