About Leroy
Hello! I am a medical resident with a strong interest in education and communication. Over the past two years, I have worked with students from kindergarten through high school, helping them develop their English reading, writing, and speaking skills in a supportive and structured environment.
I believe that each student learns differently, so I tailor my approach to meet individual needs while maintaining clear goals and steady progress. I focus on building strong foundations in comprehension, writing structure, and effective communication, while also encouraging confidence and independence in learning.
My background in medicine has strengthened my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and patiently. I strive to create a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and growing at their own pace.
I also work with older students and future healthcare professionals who are looking to improve their English in more professional settings, including communication and practical application.

I am a medical resident with 2 years of experience working with students from kindergarten through high school, helping them improve their English reading, writing, and communication skills. My teaching approach is focused on building confidence while tailoring lessons to each student’s level and goals.
For younger students, I focus on reading comprehension, writing structure, and vocabulary development in an engaging and supportive way. For older students and adult learners, I emphasize conversational English, clear expression, and real-world communication skills.
