About Tejaswini
Sessions with myself will be tailored to your preference as I have an adaptable teaching style - I can hold sessions where we cover theory but I am equally adept at holding sessions that are focussed on how to answer exam questions. I believe I will provide you with engaging and helpful tutoring sessions, having had experience tutoring for the past 3 years. I will be committed to your education and strive to help you as much as I possibly can, offering my own advice about exams as well. Furthermore, I will endeavor to make sure that you leave the session feeling much more confident and happy about the topic you require help with.

I am adaptable as a tutor and will structure lessons based on the student's needs and where they feel they need the most help. Typically, the structure of my lesson will be a debrief of the topic requiring support, then exam tips about what examiners look for and how to stick to the mark scheme, followed by the student doing some practice questions with assistance and then if applicable any easier methods such as mnemonics to remember trickier topics in the exam. A typical session will last 1 hour.
I achieved a 9 in GCSE biology and an A* in A-level biology and as a medical student, my foundation of biology knowledge is being built upon so I can ensure that I can provide informative lessons that cover the required content and go beyond (something examiners look for in exams!). I also have experience in tutoring as I was a successful 11+ tutor getting students into the grammar schools they aimed for.
I conduct lessons for KS3, GCSE and A-level students.
