About Angel
I am a student in medical school. I studied Biology, Chemistry, and English Literature. During my A-Levels, I tutored several GCSE students in science subjects and English Literature, therefore I have previous experience with tutoring.
Furthermore, I am still extremely familiar with the process and understand the pressures students face at GCSE and A-Level. I also can relate to the issues they may be facing, especially due to time missed from school, due to COVID.

I like to initially give students a test to assess their current knowledge and identify any major gaps. I also make sure that they let me know what they feel their own strengths and weaknesses are to make sure I’m directly addressing their needs.
From there, I am able to work with them to cover content as holistically and synoptically as possible, with a real focus on exam technique and preparation. Although my approach to teaching may differ, depending on my assessment of each individual students needs, I try to be as well rounded as possible, using a mixture of auditory, visual, kinesthetic (if possible) and reading/writing methods to get the best results.
