I think it's really important to establish a friendly, reassuring rapport with all my students so that they feel comfortable to approach me with any questions. I'm a friendly 5th year medical student that has teaching experience with students from primary school all the way to sixth formers. My lessons run for an hour and are tailored to each individual student. I like to check in before lessons to identify areas of weakness and what will be most beneficial for the student to cover.
