About Rheeya
Hello, I am Rheeya and I will be studying Medicine at St George’s University of London from September 2023.
As a student, I have always been interested in Science and Mathematics. I was part of the Medic’s society, Philosophy and Ethics society and Natural Science’s society throughout my time at school. I have partaken in numerous educational journals, including a research paper in the “Ethics of Organ Transplantation”.
My tutoring career has involved teaching and mentoring younger students at tuition centres, where I have received formal tutor training. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate. I have experience in delivering private 1 to 1 and group tuition. Both parents and pupils have described me as enthusiastic and professional which are qualities I continue to show in my lessons.

As a dedicated tutor, I adopt a constantly engaging student-centred approach. Following the first lesson, I will identify the targeted areas in which the student needs help in and carefully create an effective approach in order to improve, whether this is exam technique or understanding of subject content. Through high quality lesson plans, I ensure that the student thoroughly understands the course material to the level where the knowledge can be practically applied to exam style questions. Having recently completed A-level examinations myself, I hope to share my knowledge of how to approach exam style questions successfully, whilst providing an insight of what an examiner is looking for in your answer.
